BCC member The Domestic Cleaning Alliance (DCA) recently held their 2017 summer members meeting at the offices of Scot Young Research (SYR) in Stourbridge, West Midlands.

One of the hot-topics was the need for professional domestic cleaners needing more robust cleaning equipment which is stronger and more durable than the domestic stock available on the high street, but at the same time is compact enough to fit into a car to take from house to house.

The DCA’s Patron Delia Cannings also used the bucket-theme as a member meeting ice-breaker, informing the group that her on her ‘bucket-list’ was the chance to take her grandchildren to Lapland to see Santa Claus whilst they were still young enough to appreciate the magic of the experience.

As well as catching up on everything to do with the DCA, members were also given a tour of the showrooms at SYR where they were treated to a demonstration of the latest range of floor cleaning equipment.
